Berna Terziahmetoğlu was born in İstanbul in 1976. In her primary school years, she received training in İstanbul Municipality Conservatory,

Department of Ballet. After having accomplished İstek Foundation Kaşgarlı Mahmut Private High School, she received her undergraduate

education in Kocaeli University, Geological Engineerig. She completed the PRE – MBA programme in Marmara University. She was acquainted

with glass in september, 2005. She received flame art lessons from Lokman Kurşunlu in Kurshuni Glass Workshop. She completed Michael

Moller’s glass bead program in Beykoz Glass Oven Foundation and in June 2006, and glass bead and flame art programs of Julie Anne Denton

in August 2008. She received private courses from Burçin Evrim. Finally in September 2010, she joined Lucio Bubaco’s sculptural forms themed

workshop in Italy. Currently, she is conducting her works in her workshop, in company with the magic of glass.
