The miniature inspired by Zoe Mosaic located in Hagia Sophia is a Taner Alakuş Miniature Workshop original design. It is done by using 24 carat gold acrylic paint.

The image of Emperor Constantine Monomakhos the 9th (1042-1055) and empress Zoe appears on the original mosaic board. "Constantine Monomachus, Faithful Emperor of the Romans, Servant of god and Jesus Christ" is written above the head of Emperor. and "Very faithful Augusta Zoë," is written above head of the Empress. And IC and XC monograms, abbreviated letters of Jesus Christos are present in both sides of Jesus, master of the universe (Pantokratıor) that is situated in the middle. This mosaic board symbolizes the donation performed by the emperor family for Hagia Sophia restorations. This mosaic is dated back to the 11th century.
