Ebru SUSAMCIOĞLU YUCEL was born in 1978, in Izmir, graduated from The University of 9 Eylül, Faculty of Fine Arts in Izmir in 2002 where she majored in Glass Design and Ceramic Sculpture. During her study, she attended “The Troyan International Ceramic Arts Sympozium” as a young artist at The Troyan Art School in Bulgaria in 2001. She participated in several Ceramics and Sculpture Exhibitions including “The Turgut Pura Foundation Exhibition”, “Çanakkale Ceramics Factory Exhibition/Spring Festival of Çan Ceramics Exhibition”, “Eczacıbaşı Vitra Ceramic Arts Workshop/Personal Tracks 5", “Artistic Reflections on Glass” glass exhibition and lately she took part in the exhibition “Mediterranean Breezes” at The Finnish Glass Museum in Riihimaki, Finland.

Ebru Susamcıoğlu presently both continues her artwork in her atelier and teaches at The Glass Furnace Foundation in Istanbul as an instructor in “Glass Kilncasting and Glass Fusing”. Ebru opened her first solo exhibition “My Home Istanbul” , on which she presented her masterpieces to the public on March 2010.
